FoodSock Paarl is an independent reseller of FoodSock products. We are not the manufacturer. All products sold on this site are sourced directly from authorised suppliers.

2. Use of This Website

By using this website, you agree that:

• You will not misuse the site, attempt fraud, or interfere with website operations.

• All information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

• Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

• Images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or reject orders.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

• Payment methods include those displayed at checkout.

• FoodSock Paarl may cancel an order if payment is not completed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Deliveries & Collections

• Delivery options and timeframes will be shown at checkout.

• Delivery delays caused by couriers, strikes, weather, or supplier shortages are outside our control.

• If you select collection, you must pick up your order within the specified timeframe.

• We only deliver within a radius of Paarl area.

• If your order is above R500 you qualify for free delivery (deliveries only done in Paarl area).

6. Returns & Refunds

Because FoodSock products are food-related and sealed, returns are only accepted if:

• The product is damaged on arrival,

• The product is incorrect, or

• Packaging is defective.

Conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Refunds or replacements are given at our discretion.

7. Warranty & Liability

• As a reseller, FoodSock Paarl does not manufacture the products.

• We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions,

  • Misuse of the product,

  • Incorrect preparation,

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

Product quality and nutritional claims are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
